Round Flat Roof Replacement in Hollywood Hills West 90046

For this flat roof replacement in Hollywood Hills West 90046, QRS installed a new torch-down modified bitumen roof on a one-of-a-kind round home with 12 sides, custom-cut to follow every angle of the roofline and finished with a white reflective cap sheet.

Not every roof is a rectangle. On a roof with 12 sides, each section of the new system was cut to fit its own angle, as part of our FlatGuard^® flat roof system. The white reflective cap sheet on top helps keep the home cooler through Los Angeles summers.

The roof also carries a rooftop deck. The crew sealed around every post of the deck railing so water can’t get in at the posts, and flashed the HVAC unit and every roof penetration for a watertight finish.

Odd shapes, tight hillside access and rooftop decks are what we do best. If your home has a flat roof that other roofers have turned down, QRS crews handle flat roof replacement and flat roof repair across the Hollywood Hills and the rest of Los Angeles.

For a roof like this, homeowners can request a free roof evaluation anywhere in our Los Angeles County service area.
