Commercial Roofing
Protect your building. Keep your business running.
Commercial roofing planned around how your building runs. A leak over tenants, inventory or a sales floor can’t wait for guesswork. Detail-First Roofing for Commercial Buildings
Most commercial buildings sit under low-slope roofs, and those roofs wear differently than a home’s. Water needs a clear path to drains and scuppers. Rooftop HVAC units and other equipment add penetrations that need sound flashing, and parapet walls and coping take the brunt of the sun and wind. QRS is a commercial roofing contractor for all of it: we repair and replace modified bitumen and other low-slope systems, plus the tile and shingle sections on many churches and retail buildings.
If you own or manage a commercial building, you need more than a price. You need to know what’s wrong, what it takes to fix and how the work will affect tenants, customers or staff. Our roof surveys are photo-documented and explained in plain English, every scope is written before work starts, and schedules are planned around your hours. At the end, closeout photos for your files. Request an estimate to get started.

Where leaks start
Where commercial roofs leak
Most leaks begin at details, not in the middle of an intact membrane. Condensate from an air conditioner or a plumbing leak can look the same, so a roofer checks those too.

Questions
Frequently asked questions
How do I choose the best commercial roofing contractor?
Look for a CSLB license, bonding and insurance, a roofer-led survey of your roof, a written scope and price before any work, and work on buildings like yours. Our guide to choosing a commercial roofing contractor lists the questions to ask, and our license and credentials are on one page.
What types of commercial buildings do you roof?
We roof office buildings, retail stores, churches, industrial facilities, shops and small businesses, warehouses, and malls and shopping centers. Apartment buildings and condo communities are covered by our HOA & multi-family roofing service.
Can our building stay open while you work on the roof?
Usually, yes. Most commercial roofing happens while the building is in use, so we plan access, noise, staging and deliveries with you before work begins. If any step needs an area cleared, you’ll know ahead of time.
Do you repair commercial roofs, or only replace them?
Both. Many commercial leaks trace back to one failed flashing, a clogged drain or a worn seam, and a targeted repair is the right fix. When a roof is near the end of its life, the survey photos show it, so you can plan and budget for replacement.
Do you offer ongoing maintenance for commercial roofs?
Yes. Scheduled roof care covers seasonal checks, clearing drains and debris, and a photo record you can keep with your building files. It helps you catch wear early and deal with it before the rainy season.
Do you work with contractors and property management clients?
Yes. We partner with contractors, builders and property management clients across our service area. Our property management roofing page shows how we work with managers, and our contractor partnerships page explains how contractor projects run.
