Tile & Flat Roofing at a Multi-Family Building in Mid-Wilshire 90019

On this Spanish Revival multi-family building in Mid-Wilshire, QRS replaced both roof areas: the sloped sections with new curved clay tile as part of our HardShell^® tile roofing system, and the broad upper terrace with a reflective FlatGuard^® flat roof.

The pitched sections were prepared with tile-rated synthetic underlayment and finished with new curved clay tile as part of our HardShell^® tile roofing system. For the terrace, our reflective FlatGuard^® low-slope system provides a light-colored finish. Flashing was shaped around vents and plumbing stacks and where the roof meets the walls.
